The Arkenstone

White to very light pink, thin tabular crystals about 1 mm wide and up to 1 cm long. Note: crystals are very hard to see as they occur with other similar looking pegmatite minerals. It is best seen under UV light as they will glow light yellow.

Tabular, colourless microcrystals. The hejtmanite crystals are yellow and tabular. Ex. DeVito collection
Origin: Dara-i-Pioz Glacier, Alayskiy Range, Tien Shan Mts, Tajikistan
Sample size: 2.5 x 2 x 2 cm (top), 6.5 x 6 x 4 cm (bottom)
