Pale yellow crusts of winstanleyite with glassy brown jarosite crystals
Origin: Tombstone, Arizona, USA
Sample size: 4 x 3 x 1 cm
 
    
Faint yellowish micro crystals, blocky to octahedral, to about 0.4 mm in several areas with vugs lined with jarosite. Also associated with probably rodalquilarite in matrix. This is the Type Specimen from Sid Williams and signed by Betty Jo Winstanley on Sid's label "Globo de Plomo"
Origin: Grand Central mine, Tombstone, Cochise Co., Arizona, United States
