As long creamy tan or brown, flattened or platy or fibrous looking crystals to 4 mm in pocket (top close-up) and 8 mm in bottom photo. Often found as kidney stones along with whitlockite, apatite and whewellite.
Origin: near Biggs, Wasco Co., Oregon, United States
