Yellow to yellow green crusts and very thin platy crystals on phosphate matrix.
  
Flat, yellow, radial spray of bladed, elongated crystals to .075 mm across on quartz matrix.
  
Origin: White Elephant mine, Custer Co., South Dakota, United States (type locality)
