Origin: Sierra de Las Cruces, Coahuila, Mexico

Sample size: 6 x 5 x 4 cm

 

  

Opaque, but highly lustrous vesuvianite crystals to 4 cm which have a yellow-green colour are topped by an opaque, but glassy, dark gray grossular crystal to 1.5 cm.
