Origin: Centennial Eureka mine, Tintic district, Juab Co., Utah, U.S.A.
Sample size: 3 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm with at least 3 crystals, yellow, to about 0.25 mm
 
  
Creamy yellow tsumcorite crystals to 0.75 mm to almost 1 mm on wulfenite crystals and galena.
