This specimen of massive hematite has three exposed vugs containing many exceptional crystals of calcite, pyroaurite and tilasite. The largest cluster of off lime green coloured tilasite is 0.5 cm across. The calcite crystals are scalenohedral and many are doubly terminated. The tilasite crystals reach up to 3 mm across. The largest pyroaurite is 1.1 cm across.

This specimen is about 30-40% tilasite of a light reddish pink colour. The tilasite is found as amorphous grains mixed with calcite.
