Sulvanite

Origin: Fufunfu, Katanga, Congo (Zaïre)

A very large, 1.3 cm, partially altered and incomplete, lustrous, gold-coloured sulvanite crystal nicely set on contrasting milky-white calcite rhombs and darker limestone matrix.
Origin: Mercur District, Tooele Co., Utah, U.S.A.

A 5 mm crystal grouping of dark dull metallic sulvanite is set on matrix
  
The specimen above has crude dull metallic cubic crystals of sulvanite to 7 mm on edge scattered about the matrix. Minor calcite is on the matrix; the specimen having been etched of calcite to expose the sulvanite.
