Pearly, light sky blue thin hexagonal plates and rosettes to less than 0.2 mm
with good coverage occuring as singles and clusters associated with darker
blue
serpierite. The bottom photo shows what could be the
serpierite (which is actually a darker blue elsewhere on the specimen).
However, it could indeed be
aurichalcite as there is carbonate in the system.
Pearly, light blue thin hexagonal plates and rosettes to no more than 0.2 mm
occuring as singles and groups associated with darker blue, long bladed or
lathlike crystals of
serpierite to about 0.75 mm.
Platy, micro crystals to less than 0.1mm associated with
serpierite
