The Arkenstone

 

  
The specimen consists of sharp lustrous brilliant orange crystals of scheelite to 18 mm in diameter stacked aesthetically upon a muscovite crystal matrix. One the left side of the scheelite crystals is a grouping of near colourless tabular beryl crystals to 23 mm in size. To the right is a cluster of cubic transparent colourless fluorite crystals measuring 10 x 10 x 6 mm in size.
Origin: Mt Xuebaoding (Mt Xuebaodiang), Huya, Pingwu District, Mianyang Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China
