The Arkenstone
Morphologically interesting specimen with a late stage tabular pyrite (3-5 mm)
straddling twinned
marcasite crystals (2 cm). The
marcasite evidently was pyritized. Later stage pyrite is alo epitactic
over the
marcasite.
