Yellow, translucent, thick platy crystals to 0.5 mm with more of a squared off termination than it's associated lathlike or wedge-shaped crystals of laueite. Also associated are beautiful sprays of golden yellow strunzite to 1 mm.
Origin: Hagendorf Sud pegmatite, Oberfalzer Wald, Bavaria, Germany (type locality)
Sample size: 5 x 4 x 4 cm
