Polished section of minute areas of olsacherite in mainly nickeloan krutaite (determined by microprobe analysis)
  
Fine, very micro needles in white white mattes with minor chalcomenite (blue) on metallic krutaite matrix. Ex. Kidwell collection
Origin: Mina El Dragon, Potosi, Bolivia
Sample size: 1.5 x 1 cm slab (top left), actual mineral plate is 1.8 x1 cm (top right), 3 x 2.5 x 1 cm (bottom)

Origin: Colquechaca, Potosí, Bolivia
Sample size: 4.5 x 4.7 cm specimen. Several clusters of Olsacherite in matrix. Largest cluster is about 6 x 7 mm. Light yellow crystals are up to 2 mm in length
