This specimen of skarn rock has two sides of muscovite crystals with brilliant yellow garnet and scattered crystals of lightly to moderately etched fluorapatite. Fluorapatite from Långban fluoresces blue under SW UV light. Muscovite was not commonly found in good free crystals at Långban.
