From older finds in Brazil, this is a remarkably large and sharp barrel-shaped crystal of milarite on muscovite and albite

Lustrous yellow milarite crystals to 4 mm are found in clusters and as individuals, along with brown to white calcite plates on the snow-white matrix of lustrous valencianite crystals. Valencianite is a variety of adularia, which is a variety of orthoclase.
