Dark orange, crude micro prismatic crystals to less than 0.5 mm but mostly as anhedral grains with good coverage across matrix. There is a good possibility of tiragalloite occuring on this specimen as the two minerals are intimately associated - note the composition of the two. This mineral, originally found with tiragalloite, contained considerably less Arsenic and substantial quantities of Vanadium, became the first vanadatopentasilicate.
Origin: Molinello mine, Val Graveglia, Liguria, Italy (type locality)
Sample size: 2.5 x 2.5 x 1 cm
