Specimen with dozens of transparent, long bladed, well-defined brown micro
crystal groups of iranite to perhaps 0.75 mm spread evenly over
mimetite
or orange
descloizite matrix.
Dark chocolate brown micro crystals to about 0.4 mm as singles and clusters.
This is an exceptionally RICH specimen with well-defined crystals but also
difficult to photograph. Associated with red
wulfenite to 0.75 mm.

Sample size: 5 x 4 x 2 cm (top), 6 x 4 x 3 cm (2nd/bottom row)
Matrix coated with deep red iranite. A previous hand written label notes a
number of other possible species that are present, including
hemihedrite,
phoenicochroite,
fornacite, etc.
