Origin: Långban, Varmland, Sweden
Sample size: 4. x 2.3 cm specimen of phlogopite with yellowish orange hedyphane (top), 4.4 x 2.2 cm (bottom)

This specimen is mostly massive hematite with an exposed vein that was filled with pale gray hedyphane and yellowish garnet and richterite. Hedyphane was widespread at the mine and found in many associations.

This specimen has several amorphous masses of violet coloured hedyphane. Hedyphane was widespread at the mine and found in many associations. Von Eckermann's label indicates that the specimen was obtained in 1938. The matrix of this specimen is hausmannite included calcite.

This specimen has heavy coverage of amorphous green coloured hedyphane on two faces of the specimen.
Origin: Långban, Sweden
