Goethite

This is a wonderful pseudomorph specimen, with goethite having replaced three distinct and isolated pyrite crystals, perfectly preserving their sharp form, on a bed of amethyst! The amethyst rests on a crust of etched green fluorite, typical of this famous old deposit.
