Sample size: 3 x 4 cm specimen of serpentinite with acicular sprays of white artintite crystals with scaly reddish-orange crystals of desautelsite. Largest crystal approximately 0.25 mm (top), 2.9 x 4.3 cm (middle), 1.7 x 2.8 cm (bottom)

Sample size: 2.5 x 3.2 cm specimen of serpentinite. Acicular sprays of white artintite crystals. Scaly reddish-orange crystals of desautelsite in 4 mm x 1 cm patch. Largest crystals approximately 0.25 mm
 
  
  
This specimen of serpentine and silky white artinite hosts druses of micro crystals of desautelsite and dypingite. Desautelsite is the small orange coloured crystals to 1 mm across. Dypingite occurs as white balls on the serpentine.
