This specimen consists of dozens upon dozens of excellent, bright blue colour, acicular (needle-like) radiating aggregates or "sprays" of cyanotrichite associated with a few small deep blue crystals of azurite and pale chalky-blue colour chalcoalumite on matrix.
Origin: Grandview mine, Grand Canyon, Coconino County, Arizona, U.S.A.
Sample size: 8.5 x 5.3 x 5.2 cm (top/2nd row), 6.1 x 3.5 x 2.8 cm (3rd/4th row), 4.2 x 2.5 x 2.1 cm (5th/6th row), 8.1 x 8.1 x 3.7 cm (7th/8th/bottom row)
