The Arkenstone

 

  
New find of cuprite from this mine. These crystals are very interesting in the way that they replace a botryoidal mineral. Not sure what the mineral was, probably limonite - but as seen in the photos it was replaced by the cuprite in micro crystals both inside and outside the perimeter of now hollowed out structures 4 mm in diameter.
