This specimen is comprised of spiky calcite crystals with attached
fluorite
(violet) and scattered cinnamon coloured
sphalerite crystals. Also present are scattered sprays of the rare mineral
alstonite.

This specimen consists of
barite replacing epitaxially an earlier generation
of calcite. A subsequent phase of calcite was deposited to finish it off.
