The specimen consists of sparkling white tabular crystals of calcite to 4.2 cm in size set on the side of a massive sphalerite matrix. The front of this matrix is mostly covered by sparkling quartz crystals to 1.5 cm in length and micro crystals of chalcopyrite and dolomite. The larger crystals shown may very well be pseudomorphs of dolomite after calcite.
