Azurite

  
This is a lustrous crystal of azurite with some minor alteration to malachite. The crystal is fully terminated. The irregular surface is due to where the azurite grew against the dolomite matrix.
  
Origin: Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Namibia
Sample size: 4.5 x 3.5 x 2 cm (top/2nd row), 2.3 x 2.3 x 1.1 cm (bottom)

Sample size: 4.4 x 3.5 x 2.7 cm (top/2nd row), 4.1 x 3.2 x 2.1 cm (3rd/bottom row)
 
  
This specimen has very lustrous and deep blue crystals of azurite to 1.2 cm across. There is some malachite dispersed in the matrix.
Origin: Guichi, Chizhou, Anhui Province, China
Sample size: 5.1 x 4.2 x 2.4 cm
