Arsenic

With a matrix composed of probably 70% native arsenic, a vug occupies the center. The vug is lined with arsenic crystals as spherical aggregates to 2.5 mm and at the center sits several excellent, slender stibnite crystals to 2.5 cm. Also associated are small 2 mm realgar crystals.
Origin: Kusa mine, near Bau, Sarawak, Borneo
Sample size: 9 x 9 x 5 cm, stibnite crystals to 1.5 cm with an overgrowth of arsenic in aggregate crystals to 1.5 cm (top/2nd row), 12 x 7 x 6 cm, mostly arsenic matrix with crystal aggregate "balls" to 2 mm and a nice pocket 4 x 3 cm in size with 3 cm crystals of stibnite and little realgar (3rd/4th row), 13 x 8 x 6 cm (bottom)
