This specimen is comprised of adjoined anglesite crystals the largest of which
is a 2.7 cm doubly terminated crystal. The anglesite appears to have grown
around a shattered fragments of
pyrite as
pyrite is
found on and in the anglesite. Lastly, there is an acicular species which is
unidentified and also found on and in the anglesite. John thought it to be
mimetite
initially but that is not correct as the crystals have a monoclinic shape.
Other possibilities include
willemite
or
kegelite.
