Sample size: 15 x 25 x 15 mm, sharp scalenohedral colourless crystals of
alstonite to 2 mm in length (top), 6.5 x 4 x 3.2 cm (bottom)
This specimen of
fluorite
has exposed vugs lined with myriad crystals of alstonite. The largest is about
2 mm in length. Most are 1 mm or less however.

This specimen consists of spikes of
strontianite up to 2.5 cm long. On one side, there is purple
fluorite
completely covered with needles of alstonite up to 0.2 cm long.
