Luster: Metallic

Habit: Irregular grains prismatic or blade-like, tabular, in aggregates, massive, crystals are usually twinned

Hardness: 1 to 2

Specific gravity: 7.1

Cleavage: 2; one prominent, one less prominent (both probably pinacoidal)

Tenacity: Sectile
