This specimen of banded malachite hosts several crystals of light tan coloured cerussite as twins. The brownish hue of some of the surface of the malachite is due to myriad small crystals of pyromorphite!

Malachite

  
The top of this specimen is covered by dark green velvety crystallized malachite.  Scattered sparsely about the malachite are creamy opaque crystals of cerussite averaging 4 - 5 mm in size.

Dark green, velvety crystal aggregates to 2mm on hundreds of micro clear to white cerussite crystals. There seems to be two generations as the second set has a rusty discolorations and contains more twins.
